Processing each deposit helps optimize the traffic source algorithms, which ensures generation of more targeted deposits in subsequent deliveries. Full processing of all deposits improves future delivery quality and increases qualified clients for your retention team.
Systematic feedback on each delivery is a critically important factor for improving traffic quality. Regularly providing detailed feedback on leads significantly increases the likelihood of receiving deposits within the next allocated caps and contributes to overall conversion improvement.
Claims for invalid leads are accepted exclusively before the financial reconciliation. Call recordings and other supporting materials must be provided within the specified timeframe. Weekly flow reconciliation is conducted from Monday to Tuesday. Claims submitted after this deadline are not considered.
Cap allocation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the planned lead flow.

Refunds for invalid leads are only processed upon providing documentary evidence (call recordings, chat screenshots, system logs) before the reconciliation. No refunds are issued after the reconciliation process is completed.
